Not every family needs traditional weekly home care. Sometimes you need someone for a doctor's appointment. Sometimes Dad needs help for a few hours while you handle an obligation. Sometimes a hospital discharge happens sooner than expected, or the person who normally helps simply isn't available.
Care on Demand was created for exactly those situations.
It gives families access to professional, non-medical home care without immediately committing to an ongoing weekly care schedule.

Care on Demand is designed for short-term and occasion care needs.
Same-Day Priority Available
Need assistance today? Same-day requests may be available based on caregiver availability. A priority scheduling fee applies.
7% Administrative Fee
A 7% administrative fee applies to all services.
Prepayment
Care on Demand services are prepaid, making scheduling straightforward and eliminating ongoing billing.
Care Option Time Service Price
Quick Visit Up to 1 hour $55.00
Helping Hand Up to 2 hours $80.00
Extented Help Up to 3 hours $105.00
IMPORTANT
Care on Demand services are subject to caregiver availability.
A quote or Care on Demand request does not guarantee caregiver availability until Cardinal confirms the assignment.
Care on Demand may be scheduled from same day through 14 days in advance.
Requests booked more than 48 hours in advance should receive a scheduler confirmation follow-up before the scheduled service.
Clients receiving more than 12 hours of care within a rolling seven-day period should be reviewed for transition to Cardinal's standard service agreement.
