Cardinal Heart Home Care works closely with clients and their families to help navigate available benefits, verify eligibility, and coordinate services based on the coverage provided by their policy. Cardinal Heart Home Care is continually expanding to better serve individuals and families across Kentucky. We currently accept Private Pay and Long-Term Care Insurance, and we are actively working to add additional payer sources as we grow. Our goal is to make compassionate, high-quality home care more accessible through expanded coverage options in the future.

Some of those additional payer sources we hope to implement will be...

-Medicaid Providers (as well as HCBW, MPW and SCL) 

-VA

-Helper Bee Program (Humana Advantage Plan)

For Medicaid via HCBW we can help get you started with the process by filling out the Map-10 and sending over to your PCP for approval. You will then be added to the wait list. It is currently an 8–12-month process.
